Consider the time zones you will be working in during the event. Particularly in the case of a trade show, adjust your day to ensure you are in prime shape during show hours. Get your team ready to assist. They won’t necessarily need to be registered, but they can be logged on from a second device to supply you with information, monitor chat rooms and social media channels, gathering information on leads to assist with follow up.
