The APF Canada is pleased to announce that it will lead, with strong support from the private and public sectors, Canada’s first women-only business mission to South Korea, February 27-29, 2020. The three-day mission will be hosted in venues of partner organizations in Seoul and possibly one other location outside of Seoul. Events will include business-to-business matching and networking opportunities, industry site visits, and bilateral discussions of women’s economic advancement strategies featuring high-level business and thought leaders from Canada and South Korea.
The mission theme focuses on promoting women entrepreneurs in STEM sectors, which provide services, products, and solutions for the care economy supporting the care and lifestyles of children, people with disabilities, and the elderly. To help Canadian businesses get up to speed on the Incoterms® 2020 changes and what they mean, the Canadian Chamber and the Forum for International Trade Training, (FITT) are working with local chambers of commerce, world trade centres, economic development agencies and other associations to deliver in-person training across Canada. This new edition of the Incoterms® rules will become available in September 2019 and will take effect as of January 1, 2020. The new rules will reflect the changing economic landscape since the release of Incoterms® 2010 and will provide specific guidance to individuals participating in the import and export of goods.
AAHAR Food & Hospitality Show
The High Commission of Canada in New Delhi in collaboration with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada and several Canadian Provinces, is pleased to invite you to showcase Canadian products at AAHAR.

The Craft Distilling workshop will help companies expand their knowledge and expertise with various distilled products and techniques. Distillers from Rig Hand will be instructing the course including Geoff Stewart, President and Head Distiller. Rig Hand Distillery produces award-winning craft spirits, including Gin, Cream Liqueurs, and infused Vodkas.
This comprehensive course covers the basics of fermentation and distilling, craft production, classifications, infusions, filtering, licensing & regulations, safety, and master techniques. Participants will gain hands-on experience in the pilot plant— learning how to create and test unique, high quality distilled products.
