Join us in Canada’s Food Island October 17-18, 2019 for Forage Prince Edward Island, an annual industry symposium designed for food innovators, leaders, collaborators, and creators. You’ll take part in two intense and inspiring days filled with connection, learning, celebration, and epic food experiences.

Your two day registration includes:

October 17

  • Nutrition Breaks prepared by Tyler Gallant of Gallants and Co.
  • Island inspired lunch prepared by Chef Irwin MacKinnon, Papa Joes
  • Educational Session featuring Keynote Speakers, 10-minute Talks given by Trendsetters and a World Café discussion
  • Welcome Roving Reception at the Culinary Institute of Canada

October 18

A Day of Country Fire at the Inn at Bay Fortune with host Chef Michael Smith featuring a series of outdoor food stations and an interactive Storytelling Workshop with Jordan Bowers. Transportation can be added to your registration for only $20 per person.


Registration for Forage is limited to 300 attendees and early registration is encouraged. Registration is $350 plus taxes and service fees before October 1st and $390 plus taxes after October 1st.

An option to attend the first day only (Oct 17) is available for $250 plus taxes and service fees before October 1st and $290 plus taxes after October 1st.

Transportation to The Inn at Bay Fortune is available on October 18 for $20 per person.
