Margaret Gallant has over twenty years of experience working in human resources. She has worked in both the public and private sectors, in a variety of fields from health care to transportation, bioscience and IT. She is an Island entrepreneur herself, successfully running her business, Fresh Image 360, for many years. In each of her endeavours, one thing remains consistent; people are always at the heart of her work.
Whether she is coaching clients, providing consultations or assisting with conflict resolution, Margaret focuses on people and relationships first, believing where there are good relationships, there are good solutions.
