11:00am – 12:30pm: “Social Media 101” Panel moderated by Rachel Adams, Marketing & Events Coordinator at Startup Zone. The panelists for the morning are as follows:

– Cassandra MacKay: Founder of Inspire Social Studios
– Madelyn Deveau: Content Marketing Manager at iWave

12:30pm – 1:00pm: Lunch
1:00pm – 2:00pm: Branding Workshop with Stephanie Perreault-Bittner, founder of Summer Street Creative. This workshop will outline what “having a brand” really means, and teach you how to turn customers into fans! You’ll discover how to build your story, create your identity, and everything in between.
2:00pm – 2:45pm: Web Design Workshop with Chelsey Lake, founder of Lake Design. In this workshop, Chelsey will explain how web design can actually make or break your conversion rates. Your website’s visual design – both how it looks and how it feels – can make all the difference when it comes to your sales. She will be teaching us how to design a website that will help us make sales in the future!

3:00pm – 4:00pm: Keynote Presentation by Heather MacAulay, Chief Movement Officer at Volume 18. A mover and shaker by nature, and an avid runner by choice, Heather understands the importance of truly knowing our clientele and ensures our team is ready to run with ideas and cross the finish line with our creative campaigns, research and workshops. Heather is an energetic and community-minded force to be reckoned with. She is a dynamic leader and presenter skilled in large-scale event organization, marketing and communications. She understands with an experienced breadth and depth the importance of knowing our community and our clientele and works tirelessly to ensure we understand our prospective clients and their needs. We are very fortunate to have Heater giving her insights on digital marketing in PEI as our keynote speaker for the day!
